You typically need to submit your high school diploma, academic transcripts, language proficiency certificate, and other standard documents. Public universities may have different requirements depending on the program.

Tuition fees in Azerbaijan vary by university and program. These are among the most affordable rates in the world for quality higher education.

In Baku, English is widely spoken among educated locals, university staff, and the younger generation. Most international universities offer programs entirely in English. In daily life, Russian is also widely understood. You may find some language barriers in more rural areas, but in Baku you will generally get by well with English.
